A holiday cottage with two bedrooms (one double and one twin), one shower room & one bathroom. There is plenty of room for a cot (not provided) in the double room. The double bedroom and shower room is upstairs and the twin bedded room with family bathroom and over bath shower are on the ground floor. This half of the barn conversion overlooks the Nent river valley and is specifically designed to suit families and couples.

The open plan kitchen living room has beamed ceilings and a log burning stove providing very comfortable and cosy holiday accommodation. French windows open out onto a small, enclosed private garden with dry stone walls and beautiful views over fells and moorland. There is a secure stone built outhouse for cycle and other storage.

There is plenty of space for parking cars around the barn, which is situated about 100 metres from the road. There are footpaths leading directly from the barn to walk along the river or over the local moors.

Facilities:

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and Iron with ironing board. The lounge area has a colour TV, DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating. All bed linen and towels are included. Oil fired underfloor heating throughout and wood burning stove. All fuel and electricity is included. A secure cycle store is available from May 2008. Pets are welcome if kept under control, as sheep & lambs graze within a few metres of the barn.
